Updates.

Hello,

Yes i've been AFK for damn long haha. Was away for a bowling competition in Malaysia and it went pretty well. I think it's time for me to buy a new ball, and touch up on my equipments if i wanna score well hahah. My bowling balls are pretty much dead and the reaction sucks like mad :O Gonna miss my virtual gravity :'( 

On a side note, i have been eating well. So much so that i've gained 5kg over the past 3 months :/ Kinda scary hahah. Must be all that peanut butter & nutella. Going to have a mini break up with Adams and watch my diet. Planning to cut till around 65-68 ish? Am at 75kg now lololol. All fluffy and flabby.

As for training, i didn't manage to complete the first cycle of 5/3/1 hmm. And idk what prog to do now. Pretty interested in crossfit after watching all the crossfit games haha. Still undecided yet. Thinking of doing the cube again or outlaw crossfit WOD after i come back from aussie! Lalalala.

And finally.... I did a 20 mins jog this morning and 8x100m sprints (averaging 20.5s) this evening!!!!! My timing has worsened by 5s ever since sec school days haha. Owells. The last time i ran was 5 months ago or something hahah. Nevertheless, it's a good start lol.
