W4 Bench

Hello.

It was tricep hell today haha. I still need a lot a lot (x infinity) of practice on the bench! Foot kept slipping when i tried to push it forward. But when i do, i'll lose tightness on my back hahaha. i cant multi task lol.

Workout:
Bench (2 boards)
22.5*5, 27.5*4,32.5*5, 40*2, 45*2, 47.5*2*1 (PR)

Bench (full)
30*2*15

Cat back row
36.25*3*12

Band pressdown (thin band)
4*25

DB Shrugs
17.5*2*15, 20*15

Press
20*3*12

Did some GHR & GHR sit ups after the main workout haha.
