W8 Bench

Hello.

The haze is killing me lol. Can't wait for the haze to go away!!!
Did 4 x 6 floor press instead of 8 x 2 today haha.

Incline DB

Close grip bench
30*3*12

Band pressdown
4*25 (thin band)

Skipped 2 accessories exercises. (it's complicated).
