Body feels tight everywhere and i am not looking forward to the weekend.
Bowling tomorrow night and another 13 games on sunday night. (thumb please survive)
Thinking of pulling out of club next year but then again it'll my last year representing NSRCC next year. Random thoughts hahaa.
Had training in the morning and my body feels tight everywhere.
65kg felt pretty heavy on my upper back this morning & i had a hard time keeping tightness ~.~
Sam bought me a foam roller yay. Gotta make full use of it!!!
