W2 Press

Hello.

Gymmed at the boxx @ kampong ubi cc.
pretty small environment but the equip were sufficient for a press day though.

Workout:
Press
12.5*5,15*5, 17.5*5,20*3*10 (i almost died. lol)

Bench
20*5,33*10 (focused more on getting the arch)

Dips
5*3*5 (getting to bodyweight soon ^^)

Chin up
19*3*5 (almost died, need to lose weight ~.~)

Hammer curl
8*3*20 (felt light :X)
